To strengthen the orchestra’s role, identity and involvement in the community through high-quality programming, exciting performances and effective outreach programs. To bring quality music to as many people as possible and through this music to change their lives for the better.

Vision
I believe in connecting musicians, audiences and the community with music making of the highest quality that communicates beauty, love, pain, and other experiences universal to all people. Music is a vital way of sharing our diverse perspectives and cultural backgrounds and an attempt to transcend to a universal human understanding. By reflecting on and sharing in the highest cultural accomplishments of humanity an individual can mature into a complete person and is able to empathize with others of diverse times, beliefs and cultures.
